December 11 - 17, 2005

After church on Sunday we took pictures of the whole family and then of Mitch, me and the boys. These are what we got. Notice Jacob reaching for Logan in the last picture.

Logan participated in his first Christmas program at church this year and it was a real treat. He played Joseph and Mary was a whole head taller than him. They even worked him a speaking part in because he wanted one. He looked so cute dressed up as Joseph and when it came time for his part, he went up to the microphone, stood there a minute, looked out at everyone and just when we all thought he wasn't going to say his lines, he said them perfectly. It was an adorable program. Mary leaned on the manger part of the time, the Angel "Gabrielle" moved the manger when it was slid too far back and she couldn't get behind it. One little angel ran down in the middle to go to the bathroom and when she returned she marched right back up there with a big smile. It was just a really precious program and I have it on video if anyone wants to see it. Mitch, me, Jacob, Gran, Papa, Gramma, Grandpa Steve, Ms. Bernadette and her three daughters all attended and enjoyed this wonderful retelling of the Christmas story.

Another big thing for this week is that Jacob has the ability to scoot wherever he wants to and his current favorite thing to do is to scoot up to our entertainment center and pull open the drawer. What's really cute is when he gets it open, he will raise up his butt and try and look it. It's really cute. We are feeling like he will start crawling any day now!

We had the Fulcher family Christmas party on Saturday night and that was fun as always. The food was great, it's a good chance to see all the family and catch up and it was fun to see all the little ones there this year. I got some great pictures of Granddaddy with his three grandsons too. Oh and the last picture is a great one, I think Hunter and Logan were playing, somehow Logan ended up on the floor and then Hunter crawled on top of him, we were all laughing at that one!
And I will end with an actual picture of Jacob with me at a friend's going-away party we went to on Saturday night after the Christmas party. I am playing with my wrist because Jacob had just spit his food on me!
